Community Rules

This is a simplified version of the most important rules. The complete rules are available from Owners Office, and all owners and prospective owners are advised to become familiar with their provisions.

The rules on the right are equally applicable to owners.

• Owners may vote at the AGM each March and elect a President and  Committee for the year (unless community fees are unpaid) and may propose and vote on amendments to rules.

• TV dishes / antennae may not be erected outside apartments

• Owners may not operate a business from apartments

• Owners shall not obstruct any common areas or cause annoyance nuisance or disturbance to other occupants, nor use common areas for storage

• The exterior of apartments may not be altered or modified

• Doors and windows must be maintained in good condition to colour Lintop 295

• Replacement doors / windows in upvc or pine effect aluminium may  normally be installed subject to prior written approval of design by the Administrator

• Internal structure may only be modified with prior written approval  of the Administrator

• Animals may not be kept on the complex

• TV, radio etc may not be played in such a way as to create a disturbance for others (eg loud). Quiet hours are 11pm - 8am.

• Repairs, maintenance, and improvement works causing noise may only be carried out between 9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday.

• The hours during which the pools may be used will be determined by the Committee and Administrator and displayed on the swimming pool notice boards

• Vehicles may not be parked / stored within the complex when the owner is not in residence.

• For Sale / To let signs must not be displayed

• Owners are responsible for the actions of their tenants, guests and family and must ensure they are fully aware of the Community Rules..

• The rules provide for fines in case of transgression of certain rules.
